Sonja Robinson
I’ve spent the last 25 years in business development, consulting and coaching in the talent management space. This enables me to connect the dots in business. I see the big picture and thrive for performance.
Thriving on meeting people from different cultures, I travelled and worked abroad for 10 years. I moved back to Switzerland (my home country) to raise my daughter.
Personally, I’m driven by challenges. That’s the only way we can grow our potential. Friends and colleagues won’t challenge you enough. An external confidant can do just that.
My “motto” is coaching with heart and head.
To me, coaching is a win-win profession. We learn from each other. This 1:1 relationship gives me the opportunity to really get to know and understand your drivers and motivations.
But Coaching isn’t just a nice conversation between 2 people. My personal coaching style is structured, focused and goal oriented. With my guidance, you can expect results.

PUSHING THE LIMITS
OF WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE
My coaching method is based on brief coaching for lasting solutions, inspired by Steve Shazer, through his solution focused, brief therapy approach (1978).
As the name implies, brief coaching is about being brief and that is how I would describe my personal coaching style too; structured approach, focused conversations, goal oriented as well as reasonable and result oriented guidance.

I am a multilingual (DE, EN, ES, FR) and well-travelled individual, with profound business development, consulting and coaching experience in the talent management space, having worked for global blue chips such as McKinsey, FIFA, Right Management (Manpower Group) and Korn Ferry International.
12 years of voluntary leadership roles with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a master's degree in "Coaching and Consulting for Change" from Oxford SAID and HEC university support and deepen this expertise.
